Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
